Have stayed at the Ritz and was suitably impressed. By every single detail. A lesson to us all. Interesting to read and get an understanding of the backstory.


Whether in servie or product businesses, very few seem to understand the need to excel at customer service. And yet most of us are customers when we are not in our own business.
