SmallbizPod criticised ACCA in its August 08 blog. Maybe they (ACCA and SmallbizPod) knew something we didn't know about 'cos we didn't have the foresight to call it a credit crunch way back then.

As for foresight, we have a mighty collection of crystal balls at SmallBizPod towers.

Petty they don't begin with tips to prevent bad debts in the first place.
Get your T&C in order and do send them with every quote, confirmation and invoice - you'll stand a better chance collecting ;-)
