Some help please.... what do you think have been the biggest
changes in marketing and customer service in the last 10 years?
Virgin Books have asked me to update and revise my book,
'Customer Is King - how to exceed their expectations' (Foreword by Richard
Branson) from 2002.
10 years have flown by and so much (and so little) has
changed!!!!
What do you see as the big changes???
