  7. Hi Robert I think your most recent blog is brilliant. Well done and thank you. You have given me confidence that I have organised my accountancy business in the right way for attracting entrepreneurs. For a long time I have adopted a holistic approach to business problem solving recognising that the numbers are only a part of the process of running a business. Many business owners have contempt for accountants and this is sometimes with good reason. I think the main problem is communication and stereotypes. The stereotypes are founded in some broad generalisations but it is worth remembering accountants are business owners also and have had to bring themselves kicking and screaming into the 21st century. They too have to motivate teams, build brands, have service standards etc.

  8. Really clear and easy to read quickly - thank you, Robert. It's good to hear what entrepreneurs want from their accountants. Thanks for putting us in touch with the entrepreneur's point of view.

  9. I have been saying I need to do some videos for a long time so your article has helped kick start me into action...thank you!. Marketing packaging can miss the point another way - I remember a TV campaign for body spray that was great but people did not work out what it was selling.. the product was lost in the movie
